Restoration Services for Homes and Businesses
Six service pillars, one accountable team. Whether the problem started with a burst supply line, a kitchen fire or a leak nobody noticed for months, the response follows the same documented standard.

Water Damage Restoration
Water spreads by the hour. We answer around the clock, extract what is standing, dry what is saturated, and document every reading for your insurer.
Water damage rarely stays where it started. A failed supply line under a sink travels along the subfloor, wicks up drywall, and reaches insulation and framing long before the surface looks wet. By the time a stain appears on a ceiling below, the material above it has usually been holding moisture for a while.
- Emergency water extraction
- Water category assessment
- Moisture mapping and thermal imaging
- Controlled demolition of unsalvageable materials

Fire & Smoke Damage
After a fire there are usually three problems at once: burned material, smoke residue everywhere it reached, and the water used to put it out. We handle all three.
Fire damage is almost never confined to what actually burned. Smoke travels through a structure along air paths, into wall cavities, through HVAC systems, and settles into anything porous — drywall, insulation, upholstery, clothing, wood. Soot residue is acidic, and left in place it continues to etch and corrode surfaces long after the fire is out.
- Emergency board-up and roof tarping
- Structural stabilization assessment
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Soot and smoke residue removal

Mold Remediation
Mold is a moisture problem before it is a cleaning problem. We contain the area, remove the growth safely, and fix what let the water in.
Mold needs three things: moisture, an organic food source, and time. Building materials supply the food, so controlling moisture is the entire game. Any remediation that removes visible growth without correcting the water source is temporary, and the growth returns — usually in the same place.
- Visual inspection and moisture investigation
- Containment and negative air pressure setup
- HEPA air filtration during remediation
- Removal and disposal of affected materials

Emergency Water Extraction
When water is standing, every hour counts. This is the first call — we pump it out, then set the drying plan before we leave.
Extraction is the most time-sensitive part of any water loss. Removing water mechanically is dramatically faster and more effective than trying to evaporate it later, and the volume you get out in the first hours determines how much of the structure can be saved.
- Round-the-clock emergency dispatch
- Water category assessment
- Truck-mounted and portable extraction
- Carpet and pad water removal
Structural Drying — equipment and work in progress

Structural Drying
Extraction removes the water you can see. Drying removes what soaked into the building — and it only counts if it is measured.
Structural drying is the part of a water loss that determines whether materials are saved or replaced. Once bulk water is extracted, what remains is moisture bound inside drywall, framing, subfloor and insulation. Removing it takes controlled airflow, controlled humidity, and enough time — applied deliberately rather than by putting a few fans in a room.
- Comprehensive moisture mapping
- Engineered drying plan with equipment calculation
- Air mover and dehumidifier placement
- Specialty systems for hardwood and cavity drying

Specialty Restoration Services
Some losses do not fit a standard category. Contents, odor, storm damage and sensitive cleanup situations are handled here.
Not every restoration project is a straightforward water or fire loss. Sometimes the structure is fine but the contents are not. Sometimes the problem is an odor with no visible source. Sometimes a storm opens a roof, or a situation requires a level of care and discretion that goes well beyond ordinary cleaning.
- Contents inventory, pack-out and storage
- Textile, upholstery and soft-goods cleaning
- Document and electronics restoration coordination
- Odor identification and source treatment
